Mixed Level
– Mixed Level Yoga Practice will accommodate a Beginner through Advanced practitioner.
Classes provide Basic Yoga postures, flow with music & provide a steady and comfortable pace. With modifications given, classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Advanced students are encouraged to flow deeper into their own level while beginner students are assisted.
In class, you will practice the following limbs of Yoga:
Physical Postures in Alignment (Asana), Breath Control (Pranayama), Mental Concentration (Dharana), Withdrawal of Senses (Pratyahara), Meditation (Dhyana) with a goal to meditate as you move, leading to the 8th limb of Yoga – Ananda, Bliss (Samadhi)
