About KAT

Kat has over 40 years of experience in the fitness industry, beginning as a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor, and management of La Cancha fitness center in Napa.

 As her personal journey into spiritual studies formed, she immersed herself in the practice and philosophy of Yoga.

Her extensive certifications include Hayward State Fitness Certification, ACE (American Council on Exercise), a 12 -month Anusara Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga and Healing Arts Center in Berkeley,

as well as training in Yoga Therapy, Trauma Release, and the accredited SOMA Awakening Breathwork,  Hridaya Intensive (Yoga Module 1).

She also completed a Kundalini Chakra Journey Teacher Training.

Over the years, she has extensively expanded her knowledge through a wide range of workshops, advanced trainings and silent meditation retreats.

She offers a wide range of yoga practices, including pranayama breathwork, Hatha, gentle, restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Kundalini, and Bhakti yoga.

Her teaching includes private and group sessions, corporate wellness sessions, tourist groups, kids’ programs, and online offerings through Zoom.
